My name is Chase Johnson. I was born and raised in Utah. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas with my wife of 13 years and my two redbone coonhounds. I first started my journey investing in real estate in 2013. At the time it was more passive than anything. It wasn’t until my wife and I decided to get our goals down on paper and write out a plan that things really started to pick up speed. A few years ago we set a goal to pick up four new rental properties that year. That goal was reached in the first quarter. Since then we’ve built our real estate portfolio into something that is not slowing down any time soon.
