She recently became a licensed Real Estate Agent. Bailey has experience in flipping, the BRRRR strategy, and long and short term rentals. Her specialty is direct to seller negotiations. My name is Chase Johnson. I first started my journey investing in real estate in 2013. I was born and raised in Utah. He has a passion for teaching and loves the lifestyle freedom that real estate investing can bring. Teisha Hinton is a visionary in the world of real estate, investing with over a decade of hands-on experience. Having successfully managed several properties Teisha has done millions of dollars in real estate deals. Specializing in creative financing to buy and hold long term rentals, with experience in short term rentals, midterm rentals, flips and more. Teisha is currently overseeing the development of a $10 million real estate project. She is the authority in strategic financing and market analysis. Boasting a top 1% success rate among students who have followed her strategies, utilizing a proprietary coaching method that focuses on practical, hands-on learning.
